Industry overview
Funding-ready product consulting prepares startups for investor scrutiny by auditing technical architecture, validating scalability assumptions, producing investor-facing technical documentation, and identifying and fixing the gaps that kill deals in due diligence.
At a glance
Technical due diligence kills more deals than founders expect. Investors or their technical advisors ask: Can this architecture handle 10x the current load? Is there significant technical debt? Are the core IP claims defensible? Does the team actually own the code? We prepare startups to answer these questions with confidence — either by helping you build the right architecture from the start, or by auditing and hardening what you already have.
A typical funding-prep engagement runs four to six weeks. Week one is an architecture audit: we review your codebase, infrastructure, and data model and produce a written assessment. Weeks two and three address the highest-priority gaps — often test coverage, security basics, or documentation. Weeks four through six produce the investor-facing artefacts: a technical one-pager, an architecture diagram, a scalability writeup, and a due-diligence response template your team can use in any investor conversation.
