Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of ArrayMatic or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Work product created under a client engagement is governed by the terms in the applicable project agreement. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement. ArrayMatic will not share your project details, business data, or personal information with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArrayMatic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data; (d) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
